Here's an alternative and a wip collection:

Ship in trouble

Here's a rough illustration I did a year ago for my bf's dad's blog. It's accompanying a story about a Danish ship, a drunk crew member and... well, chaos.

Character Design

A pair of character designs for an adventurous, fantasy-themed graphic novel.

Studies

I haven't posted ANYthing on this blog for too long now, 'cause most of what I've been doing recently, I can't show yet. So to prove the blog is still alive, here are a few colour/anatomy/facial studies and an unfinished illustration I'm experimenting on.

At the moment I'm studying colour a lot and trying to make use of bolder, livelier colour combinations.

Hope everyone is enjoying the Spring. Here in Denmark it's still snowing occasionally, and though Danes complain about it a lot, it's not a new climate trend here. At least the sun is popping out to radiate warmth and good vibes a lot more now. :)

Character Design

A quick, loose and sketchy dragon priestess. Her left eye is what often happens when you choose a life of dragon petting, or that life chooses you.

I've been drawing so much lately that I just wanted to check that I haven't forgotten how to paint.

Happy New Year, btw! :)

Happy Holidays

Happy Holidays everyone! :)

Character Design

A flirtatious, stylised, Japanese monster/zombie squasher girl. There ya go!

Trick or Treat Rider

Happy (or terrifying) Halloween everyone! :)

A fair few lessons learned with this personal project.
E.g. that there's definitely a limit to how big a canvas size I should work with in Photoshop in the future. Phew!

Here's a step-by-step for your pleasure:
